Great News! The Reserve on West 31st has a great feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. You can even submit maintenance requests! Just log on to our website and click the "Pay Rent" link. This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service.

We take care of your water and trash, extended basic cable with HBO, and internet. All you have to worry about is the electric bill!

We have ample free parking for you and your friends who will want to come over and hang out with you. We also offer individual carports for $25 a month if you like that spot always guaranteed, and if you hate scraping ice in the wintertime!

Living with your friends is also a bonus while you are in school, and we are always willing to do the best we can to place you together! If you don't have any roommates in mind, we offer a great roommate placement program that helps take the guess work out of finding great people to live with for the next year!

At The Reserve On West 31st we offer our residents a variety of apartment styles to choose from including 3 Bedroom 3 Bath (Crimson & Jayhawker units), 4 Bedroom 4 Bath (Fieldhouse & The Blue units), 4 Bedroom 2 Bath (Oread units), 2 Bedroom 3 Bath with study (Baby Jay units).

All of our beds are full size extra long.

We offer a lease for 2010 from August 14, 2010 through July 31, 2011. Immediate move-ins and summer move-ins may also be available, just give us a call!

We're just down Iowa Street from campus, close to Target on West 31st Street. Plus, we're on the KU shuttle route, so there's no need to get a parking pass, just hop on the bus right here at home!

Our move in date for fall 2010 is August 14, 2010. We have a limited number of apartments available for an immediate move in, please see the office staff.

We don't require a deposit if you can provide a parental/sponsor guarantor (much like a co-signor), but if you don't have a guarantor, the deposit will be equal to 1 and 1/2 month's rent.

We have over 700 bedrooms, so there's plenty of space to live with your friends and meet new ones!

No, rent is due at the beginning of every month and a bill will not be sent.

Yes! We are conveniently located on the University of Kansas bus route. The bus stops in front of our office twice an hour anytime school is in session.

Yes, the apartments are fully furnished and at no extra charge to you! All of our apartments come with a couch, chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment stand, dining room table and chairs. In each bedroom you will have a full size extra long bed, dresser, and a desk with a chair. No need to go to the laundry mat because all of our units also come with a FULL SIZE washer and dryer!

No, everything is electric, making it safer for our residents!

No problem! With our roommate matching service, we can easily accommodate you, even if you don't have anyone to live with or only have one or two roommates.

No, and this is a very strict policy that we do enforce. Only fish in small tanks are allowed. Don't pet-sit either, as this is a violation that will violate your lease.
